Happy Halloween. The 9 hole ladies had a great Halloween Tournament on Tuesday, October 29. The treats provided by Pam and Sheryl were delightful and spending time in the Bistro enjoying our new chef’s menu was filled with laughter.
Our winners on the Back 9 were Sue Daughtrey, Carol Zaccheo, Barb Nilsen and Jan Kiernan with a stellar -10, followed closely by Vivian Brown, Jini Kang, Mary Wagle and Maxine Amundsen with -8. Pam Leonard, Nancy Carson, Rita Karlsten and Linda Curyea who also had -8 but finished third with a scorecard playoff.
Congratulations to all the winners.
The front 9 winners were Joyce Mukuno, Sachiko Coleman, Suzy Kim and Song Cho with -7, followed by Carleen Corsello, Cookie Hales, Cynthis Jackson and Carol Begley who won the scorecard playoff against Josephine Chan, Emily Li, Kitty Ohtaka and Valerie Dimmick.

The bunker project is set to begin November 4 with the closing of holes 1-3 which will have us playing the back nine, which might be a little crowded, but the result will be worth the discomfort. Sign up for bunker lessons so when those new bunkers are in play you will feel like a professional getting out of them.
