Marty Hutchinson, born in 1938, passed away November 25, 2024. Marty met his first wife Judy in high school. They married in 1959. Together they had eight children and were married 48+ years. He had a passion for learning how things worked and was meticulous with anything he designed and built (including the Menorahs for The Villages). Judy preceded him in death in 2007. In 2014, Marty was lucky to find love a second time and married Marcie. They had 6 lovely years together before she also preceded him, in 2021. Marty and Marcie enjoyed many group and club activities with their circle of friends at The Villages. Marty is survived by his sister, his eight children, nine grandchildren and one great-grandson. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any charitable donations be made to “Pets in Need” (petsinneed.org).
