Make a splash in our new Aqua Aerobics classes

We’re excited to introduce two new water aerobics classes, designed to cater to a variety of fitness levels and goals. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking for a dynamic challenge, we’ve got you covered. Both classes are joint-friendly, low-impact, and set in the water—making them perfect for enhancing fitness without strain.

Beginner Water Aerobics: Thursdays, 10:30–11:30 a.m.

A gentle, low-impact workout perfect for building strength, endurance, and mobility. This slower-paced class is ideal for those recovering from injuries, new to fitness, or seeking a relaxed yet effective exercise routine.

Intermediate/Advanced Water Aerobics: Thursdays, 11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m.

A high-energy session packed with advanced exercises designed to boost cardiovascular health, endurance, and strength. Using fun equipment like water noodles and dumbbells, this class offers a moderate to high-intensity workout for seasoned participants or those craving a challenge.
