Last chance to register for next Yoga session

Discover the transformative power of yoga in our class designed for all levels! This session combines easy moves that enhance body awareness, flexibility and range of motion. You’ll strengthen your muscles and improve balance through standing poses, along with seated, prone (lying face down), and supine (lying face up) postures on the mat.

With options for both beginners and those seeking a more advanced challenge, our slow and mindful movements let you connect deeply with your body and breath. Participants should be able to get up and down from the mat.

Taught by Mariko Dugay, this session runs Wednesdays, October 23 to November 20 from 10-11 a.m., starting, in Cribari Auditorium. The session price includes five classes and is $57 per person. Register in Building B.
