The BellaVista Landscape Services Team is excited to begin their role as The Villages’ new landscape management partner on October 1. (BellaVista will cover all The Villages landscape needs except for the golf course.)
BellaVista is a family-owned landscape maintenance and construction company that has offered personalized service to HOAs and commercial properties throughout Northern California since 2001. The BellaVista Team is passionate about delivering high-quality, proactive service and has been diligently building comprehensive operational plans they will roll out in our community in a couple of weeks. They also plan to engage with Villagers through workshops, town halls and seminars to gather feedback and develop strong relationships with homeowners – keep a lookout for future events! Our current service provider, Golf Course Maintenance (GCM), is a great Villages partner that remains the golf course maintenance vendor of choice.
