Challenging the floating 14th in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho

Villagers Suzanne Fazzio, Lyn Strong, Vivian Brown, Janis LeCompte, Kathy Apgar and Beverly Rees spent a week in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. The city is situated on the north shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene in the northernmost part of Idaho. Since the Great Depression, this beautiful city has drawn tourists to its many attractions—especially golfers to play the bucket-list-worthy floating green on the 14th Hole of the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course. The unique 14th Hole is located on a man-made, moveable island on the lake. This contingent of Villages golfers spent the time golfing and challenging the infamous island green. Vivian and Kathy also visited former Villagers, Helen and George Paris, in nearby Hayden.
