On Saturday, September 28, Vineyard Ridge once again hosted its annual barbecue, which is usually held at the end of summer. Twenty-six neighbors turned out and spread our tables in the street. This year John Perry fixed a pulled pork to be made into sandwiches with coleslaw, and also cooked other food people brought. After the feast, we played a dice game called Left-Right-Center that has become very popular with us all. A few dogs also came by for treats. Eilish and John put up a cover and everyone pitched in to help and clean up.
