Stuck. Stalled. Stopped. When it comes to our stuff, most of us know the sink hole feeling of too much stuff and not enough get-up-and-go to sort, move, and move along. On Tuesday, November 5, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Sequoia Room at Cribari, Nelly Cotto will speak on “Life vs. Stuff: Lighten Up & Live!”

A Writer, life coach, and regional sales director for Wellrive (formerly managing Moves & More), Nelly knows first-hand the desire to cling and the freedom of letting go. With stories, psychological insights, and how-to-tips, Nelly will cover:

• Spotting the emotional quicksand that keeps us stuck or stalled in taking action.

• How to overcome procrastination, perfectionism, and fear of making mistakes or rupturing relationships.

• Where and how to begin.

• Steps and tips to carry thorough and complete your goal.

Whether it’s photos, books, china (yours and your grandmother’s), mementos, papers, tools, clothing, remembrances of a loved one, or an entire house that needs to be downsized, Nelly can help guide you. In one hour, you may learn how to simplify, let go, and savor the best things of your life. (You will also learn how to name and claim those best things.)
