Create Diamond Art at free Make and Take event

By Michael Sunzeri

Follow your nose to the Art room on Tuesday, November 5 for a really super fun evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

Diamond Art is too much fun and it’s addicting. Remember when you were a child, or older, and you did paint by numbers? Well, this art is a step or two above. It is popular and growing.

The Arts and Crafts Association will provide you with everything you need to make a beautiful piece to hang on your wall in your favorite place. Diamond Art comes in many forms and colorful choices to choose from. We will immerse you right away at a junior level and bypass the easy stuff. Basically, it is the same working method whether easy or difficult.

We encourage all Villagers to participate. We have room for 18 attendees. This is not just for Arts and Crafts members. You may even trade out your addiction of making puzzles to do this Diamond Art.

Your introduction to this growing art won’t match the Masters in the art world but it will certainly glisten and spice up and those empty spaces on your walls that you don’t know what to do with. As well, you can get started making Diamond Art as gifts for any aged person or family member, man or woman, since there are numerous categories from flowers to hot rods and animals to choose from.

Do join us and get your seat for this evening and we will provide wine and refreshments as more enticement. If we get overbooked, we can always have another evening we can schedule for you. Please email barb.gottesman@gmail.com for reservations.
