Tuesday the group had our second exchange of the year and it was a great success. Ladies came from clubs all around the Bay Area to enjoy great weather, awesome golf, great food as well as an opportunity to pair up with Villagers and make new friendships. Mary Wagle was the chair and did a great job coordinating the event and pairing our ladies with ladies from other clubs. The chef prepared a lovely lunch and delicious dessert. The event proved to be so successful that we will undoubtedly continue the exchanges going forward. Congratulations to all the winners.
Please keep in mind that membership renewal is coming up for next year. The deadline to switch starting tees is December 6. If you plan to switch from the 3-2 combos or just the 3 tees, please let Mazie know by December 6. We will be charging membership fees to your home account in January.
Gisele was excited to share that she had the privilege of sampling our new chef’s menus for the bistro, breakfast and lunch. She found the new items awesome and very tasty. The presentations are very appealing. Chef John is also working on a lunch program for the Nine Hole Group as well. The new menu launches Monday, October 14 and we encourage you all to give it a try.
