Highlands Street Warranty Work
The Villages Public Works team has been working with ASI to get warranty work completed for the last four months. We were able to seize a window of opportunity with the vendor to get the project completed October 29. We apologize for the last-minute notice. The street will be blocked at the location (see map below) for the project timing indicated below.
Valle Vista Vents
The Public Works team received the correct vents and have scheduled with the contractor to begin the week of November 4. (See tentative scheduled below.)

Beta Site Turf Conversion – Entrance, Del Lago and Montgomery Frontage
The beta site conversion continues along the Del Lago frontage through Montgomery next week.
From October 28 through November 1, the Public Works team alongside Posey Design & Construction will prep and paint the sound wall facing Villages Parkway.
Asphalt Pathways – Montgomery, Hermosa and Heights
Redline Asphalt is scheduled to perform safety repairs to the asphalt walkways on Wednesday, October 30.
