BellaVista Town Hall meeting Oct. 2
The BellaVista Town Hall meetings on October 2 were well attended.

On day two of its three-year contract with The Villages, the BellaVista team welcomed Villagers to two company-hosted town halls held on Wednesday, October 2.

Both the 10 a.m. and the 3 p.m. sessions provided food and beverages that complemented a well-received presentation. President Brian Moore and Senior Vice Presidents Matt Moore and Kimberly Daga introduced Villagers to BellaVista’s 160-member team, its family-owned heritage, and a comprehensive year-round plan on how the team will serve our community.

More than 200 members attended and asked thoughtful questions about specific resident yards to broader inquiries that covered irrigation, yearly pruning, and landscape beatification. Some of the top praises came at the announcement of the use of electrical equipment and the team’s overall knowledge and approach to landscape—consideration of plants’ individual growth, soil nutrition, seasonal care, and each village’s unique needs. The over two-hour engagement succeeded in the BellaVista team getting to know its largest client and The Villages members giving an approved nod to what’s to come with its new landscape services partner.

BellaVista will be hosting community engagement workshops and holding more Town Halls throughout the year to stay connected to The Villages community. Please look for the publication of these upcoming events in The Villager, both in print and online.
