Small estate planning law firm looking for a P/T receptionist

to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong work ethic, can work independently, works well under pressure and is able to manage their time effectively. 
We offer a flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday – approximately 6 hours per day.

Experience and skills required:
At least ten (10) years’ receptionist, customer service, or general office experience.
Previous law office experience preferred but not necessary.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products: word, excel etc.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Have excellent grammar, math and communication skills.
Detail oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Clerical duties include: greeting clients, answering incoming calls, calling clients.
Set up case files and enter and update client information into database.
Assist in maintaining an organized and confidential case filing system.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and the attorneys. 
Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matters.
General administrative and other tasks as assigned.

This position requires occasional driving to offsite locations. (Santa Clara Co. Superior Court)
A valid CA Driver’s License, and access to a reliable vehicle with proof of current automobile insurance, are required for this position.
