Accomplishment of 2024 and Looking Forward to 2025
Two years ago, the Club Board gave our new General Manager the task of reorganizing the staff and re-energizing our maintenance and project manager systems. The major accomplishments of 2024 are evidence of real progress towards a proactive and effective management team.
This year’s accomplishments include:
- Bocce Courts: Renovated two courts and installed a new third court.
- Stables Hay Barn: A new hay barn has been installed.
- Bunker Renovations: Sand traps are being upgraded.
- Fitness Center: New equipment and an improved floor plan.
- Hill and Trail Project: This long-awaited project improves accessibility.
- Turf Reduction: Along Villages Parkway, supports sustainability and efficiency.
Two of the several projects planned for 2025 include:
- Cribari Sound & Audio Upgrades
- Bistro Patio Pergola
Of equal importance, but less visible, is the upgrade of our technology infrastructure. This includes replacing aged and failing servers, computers, telephones, and related hardware. Cobalt the new operational software includes improved financial management and reporting. The new Members Portal will become an essential part of our community and country club experience. The maintenance management system, MaintainX, has improved our planning and work order performance reducing cost and improving response time to Villager requests.
In 2025 the Club Board and management will strive for improvements in organization, operational systems, staffing and amenities, to meet our community’s expectations.
