Looking Forward to 2025 – Planning, Projects and Improvements
In 2025 the Club Board and management commit to improvements in planning, operational efficiency, and quality of member services and Club amenities.
Our three-board Strategic Planning process continues. The four major goals for 2025 to 2028 are:
- Engaging Member/Resident Experience: Offer social, cultural and recreational experiences for all members.
- Master-Planned Facilities: Protect, preserve and grow the assets of the community through comprehensive capital planning.
- Landscape and Fire Safety: Continue to implement the Landscape Plan to improve and coordinate appearance and to manage drought and fire-safety challenges.
- Stewardship of Our Resources: Improve our approach to financial management.
The strategic planning process continues in 2025 with a survey of residents in April to collect data on residents, the quality of membership experience and our desires for the future.
This year’s project goals are to complete the following by August:
- Constructing a shady pergola over the Bistro patio,
- Upgrading the lighting and sound equipment at the Cribari Auditorium, and
- Improving the lighting at the Vineyard Center parking lot.
Budgeting for next fiscal year, FY26, is in process with a Board vote to approve the budget and FY26 dues, scheduled for the April meeting. New and better software and hardware systems are in place that will make the budget and quarterly financial reports more accurate and accessible.
The Club Board looks forward to a good year of us all.
