Dog Club to host CARDA Search & Rescue demo

The Dog Club invites Villagers to come Saturday, April 5 to the Gazebo at 11 a.m. to listen and watch CARDA (California Rescue Dog Association) Search & Rescue demonstrate their skills. They will demonstrate how the canine teams work for wilderness air scent search. They will also explain how trailing dogs search for missing people. These highly qualified dogs assist law enforcement and other public safety agencies in search of missing people. CARDA members incur all costs including gas, vehicles, training, equipment, and dog expenses. They rely on donations from the communities to continue supplying this vital service.
