Dear Members,
As many of you are aware, the annual Financial Statement is required to be distributed within 120 days of the close of the fiscal year, per Civil Code 5305. Unfortunately, a server crash in July 2024 impacted our business operations financial software delaying access to essential information. While we have been able to recover the data gradually as the server was restored, this interruption has resulted in a multi-week delay in our audit process.
We anticipate that the Financial Statement will be ready for distribution by or before December 31, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay and appreciate your patience as we work to complete the process thoroughly and accurately.
