Global Village: Learn healthy practices for a great 2025

Microsoft’s Ergonomics and Lifestyle Wellness Coach Nina Bhatta Global Health

On Wednesday, February 5, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Conference Room, Nita Bhatt, Board Certified Occupational Therapist and Ergonomist will discuss healthy practices that can make 2025 our best year yet.

In today’s fast-paced world, the saying “Health is Wealth” holds more truth than ever. Maintaining good health is not just about feeling good or being financially secure or being illness-free; it’s about overall physical and mental well-being. This presentation will take a holistic deep dive into why “Health is Wealth” is more than just a saying and the five ways you can leverage this concept to create a healthier you in the New Year.

Nita is a well-known speaker in the Villages community with over 25 years of experience in geriatric home health care including Apex Healthcare. She has honed her clinical skills across three different countries, working as an Occupational Therapist in the orthopedic and neurological fields at a variety of hospitals, including Saint Mary’s. These experiences have fueled her passion for holistic well-being, with a special interest in pain management and illness prevention by making healthy lifestyle choices.

In 2020, Nita pivoted her focus to preventative medicine and began working as an Ergonomics and Lifestyle Wellness Coach at Microsoft’s Silicon Valley Campus. Join us as she shares her experiences gleaned from working with others in the workplace and in life at home to make each of those situations the most positive they can be.

We look forward to seeing you at the Global Villages Community Club presentation to help you make healthy lifestyle choices. We’ll see you on Wednesday, February 5, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Conference Room. Let’s lay the groundwork to make 2025, our best year yet.
