Artists, bakers, volunteers and shoppers come together for packed Holiday Faire

Thank you to all that attended our annual Holiday Faire event sponsored by The Villages Arts & Crafts Association on Saturday. What a fun day! Here are some fun stats: We had 36 artists in six rooms, over 400 shoppers and I even saw a couple of kiddos! Our super popular Bake Sale was amazing! Over 37 Villager bakers contributed a range of different items from the tried-and-true Chocolate Chip cookies to mincemeat empanadas and Russian fruit bars. We completely sold out of baked goods. We have some great bakers living here—and a bunch of folks with a sweet tooth. Our volunteers worked behind the scenes for weeks to have such a successful day. Even the weather cooperated.

Thank you to all 29 volunteers that worked together to make it a fun day for everyone.

All proceeds go to enhance and educate residents of The Villages in Arts & Crafts. The Club offers over 30 free events a year for our neighbors.
