Humorist/magician/mentalist to entertain at VMFSC luncheon

On Tuesday, July 1, David Martinez, an award-winning humorist/magician/mentalist will present a comedy and magic show at the Villages Men’s Fun Social Club luncheon. David combines features of comedy, magic, and murder mystery into this entertaining show.

 Social Club members should make lunch reservations at least a week in advance on the computer website referenced in the monthly Social Club newsletter.

Non-member guests are invited to attend and should arrive at the Clubhouse by 11:30 a.m.

David is a seasoned magician and former senior Apple executive and is now dedicated to delighting audiences across San Jose and beyond. He has performed for some of the largest corporations in the area including Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Uber, and Comcast. He has performed magic for over 20 years and performed in more than 1000 events. Just this last month, David appeared for a successful show in our Villages Bistro. His show is mind-bending comedy, with lots of laughter, and magic. You’ll learn secrets to easy, amazing, and comical magic tricks.

 His show features a murder mystery comedy magic show loaded with amazing magic and fun humor. The situation is a murder in the room. By participating in fun demonstrations of magic and mind-reading, the audience will solve the mystery. You’ll be amazed when the audience deciphers important clues, cheer as messages are revealed and laugh at the jokes and situations.

David lives in San Jose with his wife and 18- and 21-year-old children.
