Join Aqua Aerobics—Beginner and Advanced classes available!

The Villages is offering both Beginner and Advanced Water Aerobics classes, providing low-impact, joint-friendly workouts for all fitness levels. The beginner class focuses on a slower pace with simple, repetitive exercises to build strength, endurance and mobility—ideal for those new to exercise or recovering from injury. The advanced class increases intensity with faster-paced movements, cardiovascular training and strength work, often incorporating equipment like water dumbbells and noodles for a more challenging workout.
