LSAL Fitness Club’s Walking/Chair Dancing class helps improve balance, coordination, and posture, which makes walking safer and helps you avoid tripping. Join LSAL Fitness club to stay active, keeps your joints flexible, your energy up, and your confidence high—all of which reduce the risk of falling. Let us help you feel, look, and move better to maintain your independence. The class is open to everyone, so bring friends and join us. We meet Tuesdays and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Cribari Auditorium. The first class is free. Sign up in class.
