LSAL Fitness Club understands how crucial it is to restore confidence and physical, cognitive, and functional skills to diminish the risk of tripping, slipping, and falling. Our targeted programs are designed to rebuild your muscles, sharpen your coordination, and enhance your balance so you can move freely without fear. We meet Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. in Cribari Auditorium. The first class is free. Sign up in class.
