Exercise is a powerful natural stress reliever that promotes relaxation. The Live Stronger and Longer (LSAL) Fitness Club’s Walking/Chair Dancing class encourages movement and deep breathing to strengthen muscles and help lower heart rate and blood pressure. In our exercise classes we work to enhance fitness levels, strengthen emotions and create inner harmony. Let us help you feel, look, and move better to maintain your independence. The class is open to everyone, so bring friends and join us. We usually meet Tuesdays and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in Cribari Auditorium. The first class is free. Sign up in class.
