On Thursday, February 28, start an exhilarating journey to the Chabot Space & Science Center. Dive into the wonders of the universe as you explore interactive exhibits, gaze at the stars in the modern planetarium and marvel at historic telescopes. This hands-on adventure will ignite your curiosity and leave you in awe of humanity’s quest to unravel the mysteries of the cosmos.
After exploring the stars, we’ll head to NIDO’s Backyard for a vibrant Mexican-inspired lunch buffet. Savor delicious offerings like chicken or carnitas tacos, arroz mexicano, frijoles pintos, housemade tortillas, fresh guacamole and more. With its lively atmosphere and fresh, locally sourced ingredients, NIDO’s Backyard delivers a delightful culinary experience and the perfect setting to reflect on the day’s adventures with fellow travelers.
The trip cost per person is $145 and includes entrance to the museum, lunch, trip escort and round-trip transportation. Gratuity for the driver is already included in the price. Additional tipping is at your discretion.
