Women’s 9 Hole: Kathleen Pennington wins Captain’s Trophy

 March Captain’s Trophy Day saw sunshine, but cooler weather and we were able to play all nine holes on the front side of the course for the first time this year. Our winner, Kathleen Pennington, played exceptional golf and won in a scorecard off with a net 31. Judy Steinberg played equally well and had a net 31 to win the first flight.

Our flight winners for Tuesday were:

Flight One—Judy Steinberg, Dianne Doughty, Barbara Nilsen, Marie LeBlanc, Vicki Krattli, Carleen Corsello, Gail Tuft, and Susan Anderson.

Flight Two—Kathleen Lennington. Andrea Alvarez, Nancy Dawn, Cookie Hales, Maxine Amundson, Gloria Lowry, Patricia Sear, and Anka Hoek.

It was another fun day playing with different ladies for the Captains Trophy. The sweeps results have been posted on the website. 

Remember next Tuesday we’ll be starting our shotgun at 8:45 a.m. from now until the fall season…so mark your calendars.
