• General Maintenance Schedule (General weeding control, pruning, and cleaning)—All districts are in progress.

Note: Landscape schedules are in the process of being finalized and we will provide an update as soon as they are ready.

  • Pest Control

Treatment for voles, moles, gophers and squirrels—Glen Arden, Highland, Valle Vista—scheduled for 10/14.

(Rozol Vole Bait, Talpirid, Gopher Coetter Type 2 Bait, Rodent Bait Diphacinone .005% and .01%)

  • Watering Schedule

The watering schedule has been changed to accommodate the new mowing schedule. The watering is still happening three times a week. Public works will provide an updated schedule.

  • Beta Sites/Non-functional turf conversions—The Villages entry along Sonata/Del Lago in progress.

  • Village Glen Arden—The roof replacement project is still ongoing.
  • Village Valle Vista—Fire Hardening Project
    • When: 10/7 to 10/16
    • Who: Posey Design & Construction
    • What To Expect: Please be advised that Posey Design & Construction will be installing Vulcan Fire Rated Plugs on your eave vents. The crew members will be using a ladder to access and install the eave vent plugs. Backyard access will be needed.  
    • Homeowner Project Preparation:
      • Please keep all pets indoors during the working hours of your unit’s scheduled repair time. 
      • Please keep all blinds and shutters closed during the installation timeline. 
      • Please move all furniture, pots, artwork 3 to 4 feet away from the building walls. 
      • Please be aware that the contractor may use a ladder to access your rear deck.
