Walking/Chair Dancing class involves activities to improve circulation, oxygenation and deliver nutrients to optimize physical, mental and emotional function. By Joining the LSAL Fitness Club, you will learn how to live a healthier, more abundant and possibly longer life. The class is open to everyone, so bring friends and join us.
