Pinseekers to resume January 3

We have come to the midpoint of our club year. During the fall, most weeks were pleasant, albeit a couple of rain outs. The Friday between Christmas and New Year’s has become a traditional “No Sweeps” day and we surrender our priority times to the general membership of The Villages. Weatherwise, we saw erratic conditions ranging from low 40-degree days with modest winds, while we also saw warm days with light rain, light rain with strong wind making for an uncomfortable golf environment and days with heavy overcast that disappeared as we played into the sun on the 13th and 16th holes. 

Our next play date is January 3, 2025. I encourage all Pinseekers to do two things: number one is to get back on the course to enjoy the game we all love; number two is to bring a friend and introduce him to our group and the pleasure of playing nine holes and socializing with some new friends.
