Pulse letter for the week of March 13

There is a Club rule 1.30 regarding “Pulse Letters,” my concern is why are we restricting the submission to one per month. I am writing this letter on February 28th, and have already had one Pulse letter published this month. In order to get this published I am required to agree with a policy I disagree with. Will this letter be published or restricted due to some concern about the author being on a campaign? This policy is under review at this time and I think it is time to remove this restriction and also encourage people to write more especially about concerns with governance and management, both positive and critical.
