I attended a Fireside chat a few months ago where Ryan Bell explained concern about the state of maintenance reserves in the Villages. In the 2024/25 approved CBOD Budget documentation, there is now a 14% increase in dues for this year and the next five years. It is my understanding that this covers the anticipated maintenance shortfall that Ryan mentioned, so our reserves are now in good shape. Thank you for alleviating that concern.

Thank you to the SPAC and Club Board in keeping the Foothill pool open year-round. It’s wonderful to have Vineyard and Foothill pools open during the winter. The swimming community appreciates the effort in getting this done.
