Regular exercise can help prevent in-home falls and injuries

The Live Stronger and Longer (LSAL) Fitness Club Walking/Chair Dancing classes

Regular exercise is essential to help prevent in-home falls and injuries, as we age. Proper exercise builds muscle strength for stability and confidence. Also, it enhances balance and coordination to prevent falls and improves flexibility to allow safe and painless movement. Join the Live Stronger and Longer (LSAL) Fitness Club Walking/Chair Dancing classes to help improve heart and circulatory functions, boost energy and mental alertness, and make it easier to live safely at home. The class is open to everyone, so bring friends and join us. We meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Cribari Auditorium. The first class is free—Sign up in class!
