Shape the Future: Join the Leadership Development Committee!

The Club Board is launching a Leadership Development Committee (LDC) program designed to prepare and inspire members interested in serving as future Board Directors and Committee members. Members will gain valuable insights into the Villages’ governance structure, roles, and responsibilities of directors on all three Boards. Topics to be covered  include strategic planning, the role of Board members in non-profit governance, budgeting and financial oversight.

 As part of this program, members will also collaborate on a purposeful project, culminating in a recommendation to the appropriate Board for consideration. The program runs from January through October, with monthly two-hour educational sessions.
