Shonis welcome slate of new members

Just amazing what a difference a couple days make in our weather. Sunday was gray and cold. Today is sunny, warm and beautiful. Perfect for golf.

Only one Putting for Pesos winner today, Elena Johal. So an extra dollar in her sweeps envelope for June payouts. 

Elena also split the birdie pot today with Teddy. Elena got hers on #5, a good birdie hole. But Teddy pulled off a birdie on a tough hole, #3. Congratulations to both of them. 

Today was our monthly birthday game. We have five birthdays for April but only two played today. So Happy Birthday to Marie Colaizzi and Terri Matsumura. 

Our three qualifiers today are edging closer to finishing their five games. Today Jeanne Chiaramonte completed her fifth game so congratulations and welcome to the Shonis. Linda McChesney also finished her fifth game today, so welcome to her also. Terri Matsumura golfed her third game. Today would be her birthday game but we’ll include her next month after she finishes her fifth game. Our other qualifier, Amari Thomas is in vacation so hope she’s having a great time.

Teddy was a hot golfer today. First, she gets a birdie on a tough hole, #3 but then her overall game was super. A gross of 32. Perfect for her Eclectic. Wow and great!
