Mat Pilates is a core-focused exercise designed to improve posture, balance, and overall body strength. It enhances coordination, body awareness, and helps prevent injuries while managing stress. Participants must be able to move to and from the floor independently. A personal yoga mat is required and must be purchased independently. Stay engaged, build strength, and feel revitalized with this mind-body practice. The session price includes six classes.
