On Wednesday, March 5, step into the fascinating world of wildlife conservation and education at the Lindsay Wildlife Experience. Known for being one of the first wildlife rehabilitation centers in the country, this family-friendly destination offers visitors a chance to get up close with rescued animals and learn about their stories. From majestic birds of prey to playful mammals, the exhibits will captivate you.
After exploring the wonders of nature, treat yourself to an exquisite lunch at Il Fornaio, located a short drive from the wildlife center. Renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine and elegant atmosphere, Il Fornaio offers a menu bursting with Mediterranean flavors. Our lunch options include your choice of grilled salmon salad, rigatoni alla vodka, sundried tomato pesto pasta or chicken toscano. All followed by a delicious tiramisu.
We will depart from Cribari East Parking Lot at 8 a.m. with an estimated return time of 5 p.m.

The trip cost per person is $152 and includes entrance to the museum, lunch, trip escort and round-trip transportation. Gratuity for the driver is included in the price. Additional tipping is at your discretion. Registration for this trip opens Monday, January 20 in Building B. The deadline to sign up is Monday, February 17, or sooner if seats sell out.
