Throughout the year, Joe Hart, a Verano neighbor, has generously put up giant balloons along Via Laguna for display during the holidays. From Easter bunnies and July 4th Uncle Sam to Halloween turkeys and Christmas Santa and Frosty, we were greeted by these cheerful celebrations as we drive on Via Laguna.
