On March 15, I celebrated my 90th birthday by hosting a gathering of 47 people at the Clubhouse. I used the services of “Banquet Events” for the facility and meals. Working with Albert Salcedo and Alex Saguindel was an absolute pleasure, their guidance and cooperation was outstanding.
The room was set up perfectly as expected, the bar was complete and the TV and podium were exactly positioned as requested.
We served three types of meals, Filet Mignon, Grilled Salmon or Pasta Primavera. Obviously, the Filet Mignon was the most popular. I can’t count the number of comments I got from so many guests as to how wonderful their meal was. My wife and I had Filet Mignon and I can attest to how excellent it was. So Kudos to the folks in the kitchen.
Beside the bartender we had three servers to handle the table service and they were also super efficient and accommodating.
With all things considered, the availability of our Banquet facility is an outstanding convenience and my most sincerest thanks to all who made my event so special.
