- Turf aeration is in progress by BellaVista through April 18 across all districts. Sprinklers have been flagged to prevent any potential damage. See landscape bulletin.
- Due to the heavy leaf fall that comes with the seasonal change, BellaVista will be using a vacuum trailer on April 15 and 16 to assist with leaf cleanup across various districts.
- Earth Day Giveaway on Tuesday, April 22 at Foothill Center from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., or until supplies last.
- BellaVista and The Village Golf and Country Club management will soon be turning the irrigation on throughout the community. The exact date will be shared with the community as soon as the start date is determined and confirmed.

Bunker Project Update & Completion Timeline
Earth Sculptures continues on the completion of the Golf Course Bunker Renovation project on holes 16 and 17 next week with plans to be completed by Sunday, April 20.
- Village Verano
- The City of San Jose is scheduled to complete a water leak repair on the street in front of 7390-91 via Cantares on Monday 4/14 from the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To complete these repairs, the domestic and irrigation water will be shut off from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. This means there will not be inside or outside water for the following units: 7389, 7390, 7391, 7392, 7393, 7394 via Cantares while the repairs are in progress. These repairs require concrete work to access the pipes under the street. Cones will be placed around the designated work area during the time of the repairs and will be removed once the work is completed.
- Salcido’s Backflow Services is scheduled to be on site at The Villages on Saturday, 4/12, to complete various domestic and irrigation backflow repairs for the annual backflow preventer testing at the following locations:
