Villages Music Society Talent Showcase: ‘Let the Music Move You!’

Come one, come all! The Villages Music Society will present a Talent Showcase “Let The Music Move You!” And it is free. That’s right, free to the first 200 Villagers and their friends who arrive at the Cribari Auditorium on Sunday, February 9. Doors will open at 2 p.m. and we will seat the first 200, as that is our capacity.

The Villages Music Society is the umbrella organization for the performing groups that include the Concert Band, Dancers, Handbell Ensemble, Piano Open Studio, and Voices as well as the music appreciation group, the Opera Lovers. Each group will be represented at the Showcase, and the performing groups will all have talent to share.

As an added treat our special guests are the Trillium Trio who will share their talents and lead the sing-along.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to enjoy the wide array of talent in one afternoon. You will experience an overview of these broad ranging musical groups in the Villages and learn a little bit more about the many ways the Villages Music Society enriches our community with performance experiences and music appreciation. You will also be introduced to some of the volunteers who keep these groups running with passion and commitment.
