VMA is giving away medical books 

The VMA office has a collection of medical books covering various disease conditions, including Alzheimer’s, diabetes, Parkinson’s, eye conditions, kidney conditions, and more. While much of the treatment information in these books is now outdated, the sections on anatomy, physiology, and symptomatology remain relevant. Some books also include dietary guidelines or recipes for managing specific conditions.

With the vast availability of up-to-date information online, interest in printed books has declined. To make better use of our bookshelves, we are offering these books to any resident who may find them useful.

Feel free to stop by the office during open hours (Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and take any books that interest you. Please note that any remaining books will be cleared out and sent to a recycling center by the end of February.
